Unit preparation prior to your arrival

This service includes: Vacuuming, Damp Mopping Floors, Bathroom Cleaning Dusting, Bathroom Cleaning, Setting up your clean towels and Bed Linen, Any trash will be collected and disposed. Everything area of the unit including the balcony will be clean and ready for your arrival. During the winter season the heating will be started if required so that your unit is comfortable for your arrival.

The building manager will allow controlled access to your unit for this purpose. Entry and exit time will be logged.

Cost: An estimate shall be emailed to you for approval at time of confirmation and a separate invoice shall be emailed to you after completion of service.

Any special instructions:

Unit close out after your departure

This service includes: Vacuuming, Damp moping Floors, Bathroom Cleaning Dusting, Bathroom Cleaning, Removing, cleaning and returning towels and bed linen, Any trash (including perishables in fridge) shall be collected and disposed. Everything area of the unit including the balcony will be clean and closed up until your return. Afterwards the electricity to the unit can be shut off if required.

The building manager will allow controlled access to your unit for this purpose. Entry and exit time will be logged.

This service Includes: Vacuuming, Bathroom Cleaning Dusting, Bathroom Cleaning, and Making the beds, Any trash will be collected and disposed.
