Unit preparation prior to your arrival

This service includes: Vacuuming, Damp Mopping Floors, Bathroom Cleaning, Setting up your clean towels and Bed Linen, Trash collection. Every area of the unit including the balcony will be clean and ready for your arrival. During the winter season the heating will be started if requested so that your unit is comfortable for your arrival.

Unit close out after your departure

This service includes: Vacuuming, Damp moping Floors, Bathroom Cleaning, Removing, cleaning and returning towels and bed linen, Any trash (including perishables in fridge) shall be collected and disposed. Every area of the unit including the balcony will be clean and closed up until your return. Afterwards the electricity to the unit can be shut off if requested.

Cleaning services during your stay

This service Includes: Vacuuming, Bathroom Cleaning, and Making the beds, Trash collection and disposal.

The building manager will allow controlled access to your unit for this purpose if you are not available. Entry and exit time will be logged.

Cost: An estimate shall be emailed to you for approval at time of confirmation and a separate invoice shall be emailed to you after completion of service.
